We are located in the Victoria in the suburb of Bentleigh East, 3165.
We do allow local pick up, however you will need to provide us with at least 3 days notice to do so.
The reason for the long notice, is so we can ensure we have your order with us, you’ll be picking up at our residence as we do not allow anyone to our storage centre we we keep our stock.
Finally, you will need to pay cash on pick up. We will provide you with a full receipt and warranty on pick up.

When making payment please make sure you include your first name and your order number in the payment reference section so we know who the payment is from.

Once the order is placed, we will be notified.
If you are paying for your order via EFT, please make sure you include your order number so when the funds appear in our account we know which order it relates to. This normally takes 2 days unless you use osko pay, it will be immediate.
If you have selected credit card payment then we will receive confirmation that payment has been approved. Your order will be dispatched via Australia Post for smaller items, or couriers with larger items or large orders.
Your order will be sent within 24 hours for small orders, larger orders including incubators may take up to 48 hours to dispatch.
The order will be sent via your selected shipping option and another email with these details shall be provide you with tracking details.
Please check your email for updates to your order, please check spam as system updates generally are filtered by your email provider and can sit in the spam folder.
If you are not home to receive your order a card will be left either at your door or in the letter box. If it was posted via Australia Post they will provide the post office you will need to pick up the unit. If it was a courier you will need to drive to the depot to pick up your order. The courier company can re-deliver however you will be charged a re-deliver fee.
If you are not able to be at the address to receive the order but are happy for the driver to leave your order at the front door step or location, please leave a note on the door to advise that you authorise the driver to leave your consignment and take responsibility of the order being left on the door step, make sure you sign this with your name and details. NOTE if this is the option you choose you take full responsibility for all items, any theft that occurs neither the courier company or Top Knot Poultry Supplies are able to assist. Take this option at your own risk.

Rest assured all Brinsea products purchased through Top Knot Poultry Supplies are covered under a 3 year warranty.
We request that you send the faulty unit back to us, we will either repair or replace the item and send it back to you as soon as we receive the faulty unit.
Postage costs for the return item is covered by the purchaser and we will cover the costs of postage for the replacement or repaired item.
