Brinsea units are made in the UK (England) and the quality of the units are second to none. All units sold come with a 2 years parts warranty.
Q. How do I order online? I've not done it before.
Click onto the category of product on the left then click on the picture itself to add to cart. Once you have all your items, click on 'Proceed to check out' Then go through the steps of registering by typing in all your details..
Once you've gone through how you will pay for order, PLEASE DO NOT send money, we will send you an email providing you of the full amount including freight then you can pay for your order.
Those who choose to pay via credit card will be advised of total costs via email and will need to confirm and authorize Top Knot Poultry Supplies to process the payment.
We will send another email to confirm that we've either received payment or processed your credit card, and advise of date you should be receiving your order.
Q. How long does it take for Top Knot Poultry Supplies to get back to me?
Top Knot Poultry Supplies will respond to all emails and phone messages within 24 hours. Your calls and emails are important to us and we thank-you for your patience.
Q. When does my order get sent?
Once payment has cleared Top Knot Poultry Supplies will send all large parcels via couriers and smaller parcels via Australia Post.
All courier orders will receive an email from the courier company advising of when to expect delivery and provide tracking.
All Australia Post orders are tracked and insured.
Q. How much is postage for my order?
Once your order is submitted, Top Knot Poultry Supplies will advise you by email, so please check your junkmail for our correspondence. Then once you are happy with the costs you can elect to pay either via Direct Deposit into our accounts, Cheques will need to clear. Credit Card orders will need to be authorised for processing via email.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
Top Knot Poultry Supplies most preferred way of payment is Direct Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer into either our BankWest or Commonwealth Bank Accounts. All credit card purchases will incur a 2% surcharge on the entire order amount. Cheques will need to be cleared prior to goods being sent.
Q. Is it possible for me to come out and have a look at your shop? Or to pick up my items?
Top Knot Poultry Supplies operates out of a warehouse, so for security/liability purposes we do not permit customers onto our warehouse premises.
However, all products that we have on offer can be seen or purchased via strict appointments only. Purchases are strictly Cash Only.
