Brinsea units are made in the UK (England) and the quality of the units are second to none. All units sold come with a 2 years parts warranty.
Q. How do I order online? I've not done it before.
Click onto 'Shop Online' at the top of the webpage this will redirect you to our online store. On the left of the page is our menu. You can click on any of these and it will take you to all the products that are available. Once you are ready to purchase the item, click on it's description and click on the icon 'add to cart'. Once you have all your items, click on 'Check out' this is also located in the top right hand corner of the webpage. Then go through the steps of registereing by typing in all your details. Your password must contain be at least 5 characters long.
Once you've gone through how you will pay for order, please do not send any money, we will send you an email providing you of the full amount including postage then you can pay for your order. Those who choose to pay via credit card we will advise you of total costs via email and you need to confirm and authorise us to process the payment.
We will send another email to confirm that we've received payment or processed your credit card, and advise of date you should be receiving your order.
Q. How long does it take for Top Knot Poultry Supplies to get back to me?
Top Knot Poultry Supplies will respond to all emails and phone messages left on our answering machine within 24 hours. Your calls and emails are important to us and we thank-you for your patience.
Q. When does my order get sent?
Once payment has cleared Top Knot Poultry Supplies will send all courier and Australia Post Office parcels on Monday and Tuesday only.
Q. How much is postage for my order?
Once your order is submitted or emailed, Top Knot Poultry Supplies will advise you either by email or phone of total costs. Then once you are happy, we proceed taking payment.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
Top Knot Poultry Supplies most preferred way of payment is Direct Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer into either our BankWest or Commonwealth Bank Accounts. All credit card purchases will incur a 2% surcharge on the entire amount. Cheques will need to be cleared prior to goods being sent.
Q. Is it possible for me to come out and have a look at your shop? Or to pick up my items?
Top Knot Poultry Supplies operates out of a warehouse, so for security/liability purposes we do not permit customers onto our premises. All products that we have on offer can be seen at our online store.
